CONSULTATION/DESIGN PLANS: I provide design direction, color palettes, space planning, digital renderings and furniture selections, leaving the purchasing and project execution to you.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN: I provide project management, contractor management, material selection, fabrication, purchasing and installation, guiding you from the initial consult to the final reveal. My focus is on detailed space planning, lighting design, sourcing, logistics, material selection and styling.

A few practical things.

Good projects begin with clear expectations—about scope, timing and money.

I charge $250 per hour for design and consultation. This includes concept development, sourcing, space planning, technical drawings, material selections and project oversight.

For merchandise, furnishings and materials that I buy on your behalf, I use a standard cost-plus model with a 25% fee. When trade pricing is available to me, I pass discounts directly to you before applying the fee. That means that the final price you pay typically mirrors—or undercuts—standard retail costs.

I take on projects at different scales. As a general guide, consultation/design plan engagements typically begin around $3,000, while full-room projects generally begin around $15,000.
