CONSULTATION/DESIGN PLANS: I provide design direction, color palettes, space planning, digital renderings and furniture/material selections, leaving the actual purchasing and project execution to you.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN: I provide project management, contractor management, material selection, fabrication, purchasing and installation, guiding you from the initial consultation to the final reveal. Before we begin

I believe that a successful project starts with clear financial expectations.

To ensure complete alignment before we begin, we practice full transparency regarding my design fees:

Design & Consultation: $250 per hour. This covers my creative concepts, sourcing, detailed space planning, technical drawings, and project oversight.
Procurement & Logistics: For all merchandise, furnishings and materials, I use a traditional "cost-plus" procurement model with a 25% management fee.

The Value: I pass my trade discounts directly to you. This means that while I manage the heavy lifting of specifications, ordering, freight tracking, inspection and installation, the final price you pay typically mirrors—or undercuts—standard retail costs. My trade discounts frequently offset this 25% fee. Ultimately, you receive custom, curated pieces at or below standard retail market pricing.

People ask me if there is a minimum budget. The answer is no, but my work is suited for full-room transformations starting at a $20,000 budget.
